Material may be returned within 90 days of purchase by requesting a Return Material Authorization number (RMA).

Material must be in original packing and not used.

Upon material inspection, credit will be issued, subject to a 20% restocking charge, less all shipping charges.

If buyer orders another item in place of the returned item, the restocking charge may be waived. The buyer will still be responsible for all shipping charges.

Material returned without a RMA will not be accepted. Returns sent C.O.D. will be refused.

Electrical materials are not returnable. Special order items are not returnable.
